future power logoSANTA CLARA, Calif.--Future Power today announced an enhanced support plan for its monitor line. The plan, called "BEST Monitor Support" offers advanced replacement for defective units directly to the consumer within the continental United States and Canada. Future Power monitors carry a five year limited warranty and now the first thirty-six months can be serviced through an advance replacement program.

"We can offer this feature with confidence because of our established low defective rate, which is one of the monitor industry's best," said Jay Cho, the product manager for the Future Power monitor line. "Our sales growth has been exceptional because of the quality of the monitors. We now expect to set new sales records because of the quality of the service."

To get this service, the consumer only need call the Future Power Technical Support Team, provide some basic information, the date and location of the purchase and have a valid credit card account number, with the account in good standing, to serve as collateral. Replacement monitors should arrive within two to three days depending on location. With the replacement monitor the consumer will receive instructions on how to return the defective unit and a return-shipping label.

"The BEST Monitor Support Program provides another unique feature," stated John Kim, president of Future Power. "Future Power covers the shipping cost of sending the replacement monitor and returning the defective one for the full thirty-six month period. This establishes us as a leader in monitor warranty support."

The Future Power Technical Support Team can be reached by calling 877/469-2378 between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. (Pacific Time) during normal business days. The warranty service for the 4th and 5th year is handled as depot repair and that service may also be arranged through the Future Power Technical Support Team.
