The Express5800/120Ed server is a high-performance, scalable, and affordable system, allowing users to share resources and connect their business or workgroup to the outside world. It expands easily to accommodate growth, and offers advanced processor technology, error-correcting memory, and an optional RAID controller. The Express5800/120Ed server provides support for large file/print sharing applications, electronic mail and collaboration, Internet and intranet, databases and other specialized applications. Offering expandability and flexible packaging as either a tower or a 5U rack-mount chassis, the new system includes up to 2 Intel Pentium III processors, up to 4GB of 133MHz ECC SDRAM, integrated Ultra160 and Wide Ultra SCSI controllers, and 6 PCI expansion slots.
